1. About TVTime247
TVTime247.com ("TVTime247", "we", "us") provides a subscription streaming service offering live television channels, movies, series, and sports content ("the Service"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your login credentials private. Your account is for your personal, non-commercial household use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Access Codes
Sign-up requires a valid access code (currently TV2026). Access codes are provided for personal sign-up use and may be updated or retired at any time.
4. Free Trial
New customers may be eligible for a one-day (24-hour) free trial. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and no payment is collected automatically. If you wish to continue after your trial ends, you must manually purchase a subscription. Free trials are limited to one per household.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed by Interac e-Transfer to payments@tvtime247.com. Subscriptions are prepaid for the plan term (monthly or 3 months) and do not renew automatically — your access simply ends when your term expires unless you send a new payment. Accounts are activated after payment is verified, normally within 1 hour.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute your account, login credentials, or the Service.
- Do not attempt to copy, record, rebroadcast, or publicly perform content from the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but streaming availability, channel lineups, and content libraries can change and occasional interruptions may occur. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Devices & Compatibility
The Service works on common devices including smart TVs, phones, tablets, laptops, and streaming sticks. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and any data charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVTime247 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
